Tart with Magiun de prune Topoloveni PGI plum and walnuts

  • 50 g of butter 82% fat
  • 2 tsp of integral milk 3,5% fat
  • 150-160 g of organic white wheat flour
  • 3 tsp with Magiun de prune Topoloveni plum
  • Dehydrated walnut
  • 1 egg

Mix into one big bowl the flour, butter and milk. Mix it very well until you have a dough which is not sticky but soft and malleable.
If the mix is too hard, add some milk; if sticky add some flour. Leave the mix to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Cut the walnuts into small pieces and mix them with the Magiun de prune Topoloveni PGI .
After 30 minutes take the dough out and spread it into one tray greased with butter, into one thin layout. Add the Magiun de prune Topoloveni PGI mix over. From the rest of the dough cut different shapes and put them over the tart, as a decoration. Scramble the egg and pour it on top.
Cook the cake into the preheated oven at 180 degrees until it is baked.
