Muffins with Magiun de prune Topoloveni PGI plum spirulina and beetroot



 •4 tsp of Magiun de prune Topoloveni PGI plum
•2 eggs
•2 tsp of oil
•1 tsp of hone
•1 tsp of coconut flour
•1 tsp of almond flour
•1 tsp of flour
•1 tsp of spirulina powder
•1 tsp of baking powder
•Large coconut flakes for decoration


Separately mix egg whites until they become foam.
Separately mix the flours with baking powder and the egg yolks with oil and honey. Pour the yolks over the egg whites and mix them gently. After incorporating the yolks, pour in small quantities the flours, spinning form up to down. Split the composition in two equal parts. Mix half with spirulina and the other half with red beetroot. Fill the muffin shapes as follows: one spoon of spirulina mix, one spoon of Magiun de prune Topoloveni PGI , one spoon of red beetroot mix. For the next muffin reverse the order of Ingredients. Pour the coconut flaxes over. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.
