Ice cream with Krokos Kozanis PDO


•200ml milk
•150ml milk cream
•1 bottle vanilla flavour
•3 egg yolk
•50 gr. sugar
•0.25 gr Krokos Kozanis PDO


Boil the milk with the Krokos Kozanis PDO and after having it removed from the fire, add the milk cream and the vanilla by stirring constantly. Let it cold for 15 minutes. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a bubbly mixture and add in the milk by stirring constantly. Warm in slow fire and stir until the mixture becomes smooth.
Precaution! Don’t let it get too hot! Remove from the fire and let it cold by stirring thoroughly. Fill an ice cream form and put it in the freeze.
