Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (Use any milk of your choice)
- Krokos Kozanis PDO Greek red saffron (stigma/powder)
- Optional (recommended for spice lovers):
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeri
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginge
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Directions:
Add saffron into a cup of milk (warm or cold)
Stir well and serve (if served on cold milk, do give a longer infusion)
Optional: Add turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, stir until combined.
*For stronger flavors, heat milk with the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until flavors blend for 3-5 minutes.
