Saffron Golden Milk with Krokos Kozanis PDO


  • 1 cup milk (Use any milk of your choice)
  • Krokos Kozanis PDO Greek red saffron (stigma/powder)
  • Optional (recommended for spice lovers):
  1. 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeri
  2. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginge
  3. 1 pinch ground black pepper



Add saffron into a cup of milk (warm or cold)

Stir well and serve (if served on cold milk, do give a longer infusion)

Optional: Add turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, stir until combined.


*For stronger flavors, heat milk with the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until flavors blend for 3-5 minutes.
