Steamed mussels and seafood with Krokos Kozanis PDO




  • 4 shrimps
    •12 mussels in shell
    •1 octopus tentacle boiled and cut into four
    •6 squid slices (1 piece)
    •01,25 gr Krokos Kozanis PDO powder
    •1/2 can of coconut milk
    •100 ml sour cream
    •1 piece of lemongrass chopped (the soft part only)
    •1 pinch of ginger
    •1 lime juice and zest
    •1/2 lemon juice and zest
    •200 g bisque or vegetable broth
    •1 spoonful of 20g corn flour in a cup of water diluted for thickening the sauce
    •salt and pepper for seasoning


Sauté the shrimps and the squid in a saucepan first, as soon as the shrimps are red, add the rest of our ingredients except the corn flour with 100 ml of broth.
Once it gets two boils in five minutes, mix the broth with the corn flour and gradually add it to the pot and of course check how thick we want the soup.
